## Data Recovery Services

- **Non-Guaranteed Recovery**: Data recovery success is not guaranteed and depends on the condition of your device. Vantrix IT Solutions is not liable for unrecoverable data or failure to recover specific files. Our ‘no data, no charge’ policy ensures you pay only if data is successfully recovered, excluding shipping or handling fees.

- **Device Damage Liability**: Vantrix IT Solutions is not liable for any damage to your device during the recovery process, shipping, or drop-off. Data recovery may involve risks to the device, including further damage or permanent data loss, particularly for physically damaged drives.

- **Data Privacy and Security**: Vantrix IT Solutions is not liable for data breaches occurring during shipping, third-party handling, or after data is returned to you. All recovered data is deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery, unless otherwise requested.

- **Shipping and Drop Box Liability**: You are responsible for securely packaging your device per our guidelines. Vantrix IT Solutions is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of devices during shipping via USPS or while in our secure drop box. We recommend using USPS Priority Mail labels and tracking for safe delivery.

- **No data, no charge** guarantee: Payment is due only after successful data recovery, per our ‘no data, no charge’ policy. No upfront payment is required. Refunds are not issued for partially recovered data or after recovery begins, unless no data is recovered. Additional fees (e.g., replacement drives, expedited service) are agreed upon in advance.
